There are numerous places to stroll in Friedrich Fröbel’s footsteps in and around Bad Blankenburg. The Fröbel Footsteps Walking Trail leads past his former residence in Prießnitzstraße, a memorial in Schwarzburger Straße and the Kindergarten Fröbel House. A detailed visit to the Fröbel Museum with its extensive exhibition about Fröbel’s life and work is also a must.
