Fröbel Room, Bad Blankenburg

On June 28, 1840, the official opening on the first General German Kindergarten took place in the main room of the Bad Blankenburg Town Hall. Today the Fröbel Room, which is decorated with antiques and ornaments, is used as for meetings or for cultural events, such as concerts. Viewings by members of the public are available by prior appointment with the town administration.
